Ed is babysitting the niece & nephew tonight - which means spicy hot super healthy chili tonight!! :) 
This is a lil high on calories - 687 - but I’ve had little else to eat today besides my brunch so we’re all good.  If you want to cut it down kill the ranch & cheese I added to it at the table.  What’s in it? 
96/4 beef, broccoli, nappa cabbage, yellow onion, spinach, chili beans, celery, cajun spices, chili powder, sour cream.  
Our veggies probably do not include as many nutrients as they used to and that is one reason the raw food craze has struck.  Of course, they say go for organic - well we can’t all afford organic.  So when I make my chili the beautiful thing about using super lean beef, is that you can cook it all in pot and not drain anything.  No oil, no butter, no grease to drain.  Whatever nutrients come out of the veggies stay in the chili.  True the enzymes do die because of the heat, but it’s still way healthy and nutrient packed than any other chili you go buy at any restaurant (at least in Kentucky).  Mmmm mmm good!

Chicken breast on top of Onions & Nappa Cabbage cooked down with Worcester sauce & spices, on the side: Green Giant Antioxidant blend of vegetable medley (was on sale, low cal, easy).  And we are FULL!!  And I’m sure our pipes will be clean by tomorrow :) haha
