I’m not a rep for MyFitnessPal.com or anything, but here is another cool feature they have - being able to look at stats regarding different nutrients/labels, exercise, and weightloss goals.  

I found this one interesting because it made me feel a bit better - I only freaked on 2 days over the past month.  And those two days were a Thursday & a Friday - definitely think those are my ‘weak’ days, so I should probably think about boosting up some healthy calories - esp on Fridays to kill temptation.
